Located on the corner of Brazos Street and 3rd Street, in the Convention Center district of downtown. The client and primary tenant is an advertising agency with a staff of approximately 30 people, ultimately growing to a staff of 50. In addition to the growth requirement of the program, the tenant had a desire to facilitate subleasing opportunities for freelance contractors and other small companies with whom they do business with. In essence, the idea behind the Creative Center is to provide an environment which supports cross-disciplinary creative activities.
