The Monument Cafe is phase 1 of a larger redevelopment of a city block in downtown Georgetown. The new facility maintains architectural features of the original Monument Cafe while adapting to the structural shell of the car dealership building that was re-used. The new cafe also has expanded kitchen facilities that will support a future grocery as well as catering services.
