The TommyJon retreat creates a place for the families of two sisters to come together. The plan has a central great room building for all of the main family activities, and separate structures for lodging the parents and the kids. A dogtrot connects the main building to the kid's wing and opens up to expansive views of the hill country. The parents' suites are separated from the main building by an enclosed courtyard.
