This project is a deck and patio addition to the Cop & Nurse House that was built in 2001. The addition adds a 2nd floor deck off of the loft. The new deck is constructed with galvanized structural steel, composite decking, and with cable wire railings with mahogany top rails.

On the ground level a new patio creates a private space off of the master bedroom that is occupied by custom benches and a hot tub.
